“We met Glenda for the first time on April 4th, 2008. We had
just been given 27 days notice that we had to be out of the place we
were living in and we had decided we wanted to buy. The question was
could we get into a new place in time, or would we have to do a month
to month rental. My wife and I dreaded the idea of having to move
twice in such a short span. When we met Glenda, she was so upbeat
and encouraged us to believe that we could get it done. The next day
(a Saturday) Glenda met us at the office and arranged four walkthroughs
for us. We had thought we knew which house we wanted to make an offer
on, but were surprised by another home. We talked about it, and the
more we thought, the more we decided that second home was the one we
wanted. We called Glenda later that night and asked her what we had
to do to make an offer. She told us to just come in in the morning.
Sunday morning, before church, Glenda walked us through the paperwork
and we had made an offer on a home just two days after meeting her.
Our offer was countered, but it was a minor counter, and we started
to work on the finances.
“On April 29th, we signed the final paperwork
for the house and got started moving our stuff. Thanks to Glenda, we
were able to find, buy, and start moving into OUR new home in 25 days.
We were not sure it was possible, but Glenda helped us find our home.
