So what are you waiting on? Interest rates are really great! They edged up slightly last week. We will see what happens tomorrow when the market opens again, since it was closed today for Columbus Day.

In our Central Peninsula market area we have some great homes currently on the market for sale.

I find it so interesting that some buyers are so focused on the per sq. ft. price that they forget to look at anything else. They forget to take in the differences that do not show when you only look at square footage. For example: Formica counter tops versus granite, a top of the line lighting or flooring package opposed to lower end throughout the home. What about the custom drywall touches, or the upgraded furnace, or a deck made for entertaining, or that over-sized garage, paved drive with extra parking. So now is a great time to take a look and find the home that is right for you.
